Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rayztrix One collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Narrate app and related services.

1. Introduction

Narrate is an AI-powered storytelling app provided by Rayztrix One (“Rayztrix One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes the information we collect through Narrate, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Narrate, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information to operate and improve Narrate:

  • Account information, such as your display name and account identifiers.
  • Your email address, used for authentication, account recovery, and support.
  • Your phone number, if you choose to sign in or verify your account using phone login.
  • Story content you create, including prompts, generated text, and edits.
  • Generated audio narration created from your stories.
  • Photos you choose to upload, including profile pictures and custom story cover images.
  • Voice samples you provide for AI Voice Cloning, available on the Narrate Creator plan.
  • App usage and diagnostic data, such as feature usage, device information, device and advertising identifiers, and crash reports, used to maintain and improve app stability and performance.
  • Subscription status, including whether you hold an active Free, Narrate Plus, or Narrate Creator plan.

A Narrate account may contain multiple profiles, including optional Kids profiles. All profiles under an account share the same underlying account information and account-level data collection, such as the account holder’s email address, authentication details, and subscription status. Selecting a profile changes the content shown to or created through that profile; it does not create a separate account or a separate set of account-level personal information.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to provide core app functionality, generate stories and audio narration, host the photos you upload, maintain your library, secure your account, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve Narrate’s reliability and features over time.

4. Services we use

Narrate relies on trusted third-party services to operate. Depending on how you use the app, your information may be processed by:

  • Firebase Authentication — to manage account sign-in and identity.
  • Cloud Firestore — to store account, story, and app data.
  • Firebase Storage — to store generated audio, uploaded cover images, and uploaded profile photos.
  • Firebase Cloud Functions — to run backend logic that powers app features.
  • Firebase Analytics — to understand aggregate app usage and improve Narrate.
  • Firebase Crashlytics — to detect, diagnose, and resolve crashes and improve app stability.
  • RevenueCat — to manage subscription status across devices.
  • Google Play Billing — to process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • ElevenLabs AI Voice Technology — to generate AI narration audio, including AI Voice Cloning on the Narrate Creator plan.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)— to display rewarded advertisements and measure ad performance. Advertising identifiers may be used by Google’s advertising services in accordance with Google’s policies.

These providers process information only as needed to deliver their respective service to Narrate and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

5. Payments

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing and managed with RevenueCat. Narrate does not collect, transmit, or store your credit card, debit card, or other payment card details. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play.

6. Published stories and visibility

If you choose to publish a story, its title, content, cover image, and narration may become visible to other Narrate users through discovery and library features. Stories you keep private are not shown to other users. You are responsible for choosing the visibility of each story you create.

7. Data retention

We retain account and story information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, associated data is removed in line with the process described on our Delete Account page, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or billing compliance purposes.

Voice samples you provide for AI Voice Cloning are retained only as necessary to provide that functionality and the associated voice models generated from them.

8. Your rights and account deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from our Delete Account page, or by contacting us at customercare@rayztrixone.io.

9. Children’s privacy

Narrate offers an optional “Kids” profile mode within an account. Kids profiles restrict story discovery to content tagged for a kids audience. Kids profiles can currently still create stories using Narrate’s AI text-to-speech features and may be shown rewarded ads that allow them to earn additional usage.

A Kids profile is created and used under the parent or account holder’s login. Narrate does not independently verify the age of a person using a profile and does not knowingly collect additional personal information based on profile type beyond the information needed for the account, such as email and authentication information. Parents and account holders are responsible for creating and managing the profiles on their account, deciding who may use a Kids profile, and supervising how that profile is used.

Parents or account holders remain responsible for supervising the use of Kids profiles, including the content created and consumed through them.

10. International data transfers

Some of our service providers process data in countries outside your own. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information when it is transferred internationally.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The most current version will always be available on this page, along with its effective date.
