You can request account deletion by sending an email from the same email address associated with your Rayztrix One account to:

Please include your registered account email in the request. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the deletion request.

When your deletion request is completed, we permanently remove your account and associated personal data, including:
- Profile information
- Authentication account
- Uploaded profile photos
- Created and published stories
- Generated audio narrations
- Uploaded story cover images
- Voice cloning recordings and cloned voices
- Personal library
- App preferences
- Other account-related data associated with your profile
3. What data may be retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Purchase and billing records required for tax or accounting compliance
- Security and fraud-prevention logs
- Information required to comply with legal obligations
Any retained information is kept only for the period required by applicable laws or legitimate business needs.
4. Deletion timeframe
Verified deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days.
Backup copies containing deleted information may remain in secure systems for a limited period before being automatically removed.
